Jason ran a framing crew for most of the 1990s and 2000s, which is why his reports read like a builder wrote them. He is unusually direct about what is cosmetic and what is not.
He offers thermal imaging on every inspection rather than as an upsell, on the grounds that a moisture problem you cannot see is the one that costs the most.
