Jaclyn C Randolph says: Dennis Workman was recommended to us by our real estate agent. Shortly after moving in we found many leaks in our home which were clearly repaired previous to move in. After all of the home leaks were discovered shortly after move in we learned that Dennis made an "error" on our inspection report. Our inspection report stated we had PEX plumbing. (PEX is typically Red and Blue piping)Our home had grey piping we later found was called polybutylene. The piping we have has had multiple class action lawsuits which are now closed. This polybutylene piping isn't even allowed to be sold anymore. My neighbor must replace her piping before she sells her home which also has polybutylene in it. He said he would help "share in the pain" of this loss and has now stopped responding to my emails. You should reconsider using Dennis Workman as your home inspector and find someone with a little more integrity. My hope is that this doesn't happen to you.
