reputable roofer inspect and give a quote. It was just under $9,000! There were 2 other minor issues, one was in remediation and the other easily fixed. Being a former realtor I am appalled at this so-called inspector’s cavalier, outlandish, and totally unqualified opinion on costs to remedy. I have since asked other inspectors, researched standard practices for inspectors and conferred with other realtors - this is abhorrent behavior and completely unprofessional. It’s evident this piece of drama is more about getting attention than providing an accurate and informative review of a sold house! Don’t give this clown your business!

Mark F says: The guy is a joke ! He did a home inspection, was told the hot tub was not part of the sale / inspection.. I paid $279.00 to have it winterized ..two couple days later “ Hollywood “ Norkus decided on his own to take the hot tub plug off a rack in the garage and “ PlUG IT IN “ with no water in it possibly burning up the pump / heater .. when asked by the realtor as to what was he thinking and why would you do that ? He said “ It wasn’t me “!!
“ It must’ve been the homeowner” !! Really ? Why would I ( the homeowner) pay to get a tub emptied and winterized by a professional, knowing it would damage the tub , if plugged in !?
What a loser ! Not to mention other things on my home he damaged ... Do not trust this clown !! Stay away !

Shelby says: Requested a mold test, was told it would only take 3-5 days to get the results back. Nearly two months later, Steve still REFUSED, yes, refused to explain the results. When I called the lab myself they were happy to help me as long as I had permission from Steven. Which again, he refused consent.
He left a voice mail telling my landlord that:
'Mold isn't the issue, they're just fucking pigs.'. But that's just the start of it.
He also accused me of 'growing weed' when I was trying to show him my INDOOR VEGGIE GARDEN. I also have a seasonal greenhouse outside my home.
The landlord was present at the time of the inspection and also apologized for Steve's uncalled for behavior. He is still refusing to explain the results to me to help better explain if the levels of mold in my house (reaching up to nearly 3000 spores in a 1,000 Sq ft home) is safe to inhale.
