I agree with prior comments. Avoid BG Home Inspection (Francis Goldsworthy) at all costs. There is a reason why he only charges $375, as he basically does nothing in his inspection. His gross negligence has caused many to buy homes that had visible and gross defects.

As a realtor, my clients feedback is that Mr. Goldsworthy's inspections are limited at best; in fact, multiple clients have stated he is unprofessional. I can no longer refer him as an inspector.
