Anon says: We recently purchased a home which was inspected by this group. Nothing in the inspection ever made mention of the fact that both the primary and secondary sump pumps did not even work not to mention the heater itself for the house was malfunctioning none of which was in this home inspectors report. This was a poor inspection and would have impacted negotiations for the property greatly.
