Pissed customer says: WORST experience. Missed a TON of issues with my home inspection. Now, I'm selling my home and The inspector of the buyers noticed a TON of stuff craig didn't. After seeing all his negative reviews online, I wish I would have done better research before trusting him with my home inspection. You should not be inspecting people's homes.

Robert says: The worse Inspector, very bad news with a trerrible attitude and full of anger! Did our prepurchase home inspection along with a Full Mold and Termite Indpection, which we paid extra for, and it happens to be That Mr. Craig P. Shiple from HouseMaster Home Inspections does not have A Mold Inspector License!!! We paid him extra for a Mold Inspection which he said was fine and actually the House was full of Mold!!! He does not own the proper equipment, nor does he have a Mold Inspectors License as we have come to find out!!! Mr. Craig P. Shiple from HomeMaster Home Inspections Advertises that he is a Mold Inspector and charges for Mold Inspections that he is not Licensed or Certified to Perform!!! He has cost us Thousands of Dollars in Loses Due to Our New Home Not Being Livable and having to hire A Real Licensed and Insured Mold Inspector and A Licensed and Insured Mold Mediator to come in and get rid of the Mold, knock down parts of the house and rebuild house back and reinspect to make sure it had all gone away and house was safe to live in!!!
He Took away our buyers rights to walk away
From the Mold Infested house or even our rights to work with the sellers to fix the Mold Issues before we purchased the home!!! We Hired and confided in Mr. Craig P. Shiple dba House Masters Home Inspections Knowledge in order to purchase our New Home and all the time, he was working fraudulent without a Mold Inspectors Licence and charging Money to perform a Job he had no training for!!! We tried humbly reaching out to him to help us detect out the Mold Issue and he became very Angry and has disappeared. Please do not hire Mr. Craig P. Shiple Enterprises, INC / dba HouseMaster Home Inspections and Do Not Hire anyone that says they are Licensed and Certified by HouseMaster Home Inspections, They are a scam!!! They do not keep up with the Inspectors Licenses nor do they train them to inspect a home correctly!!! Not a Company of Professionals, they will cause you pain and suffering!!! Stay Away!!!

AJ Brown says: Spent less than an hour on home inspection, and missed numerous very basic things such as outlets and faucets that do not work, broken roof tiles, mold growth. Would never recommend this inspector.
