Jon says: Here is the response from Mr. Goldsworthy's claim processor to my neighbor: I have reviewed your March 27, 2019 email correspondence as well as your April 2, 2019 email correspondence. Your correspondence is rife with accusatory statements, assumptions, and blatant misrepresentations. Following my review of the file as well as your emails, I see no basis for a change in the position communicated to you on December 13, 2018. While I appreciate that this determination is not to your satisfaction, the evidence does not provide any substantial basis upon which to modify our determination, and no combination of defamatory statements or innuendos contained within your emails can or will serve as a basis upon which that determination is modified.

Francis says: My realtor arranged for Mr. Goldsworth to be the inspector. Missed several visible defects and cost me over $10k to fix. His insurance is effectively zilch as the claims management company denies all claims based on a pre-inspection agreement which limits his liability to about $300. What is the point of the insurance?
